CHIEF  COMPLAINTS  A 60 years old female patient who is a maid by occupation and resident of Nalgonda, presented to the OPD with chief complaints of  -: Cough since 15 days -: Fever since 15 days HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS - Patient was apparently asymptomatic 15 days back after which she developed cough which was insidious on onset.
